This is for Office 2003. It is easier in 2007.

In Publisher 2010 the Autoshapes are available when you insert clip art, type Autoshapes.
In Word--Click the small arrow. This will open the Office Clipboard. This is where it is in Publisher 2010 as well. In Publisher 2007 the Office Clipboard is in the Edit menu.
